David
W. Gordon III has over 30 years of senior executive level management
experience in leadership positions ranging from General Manager to
Executive Vice President to Chief Executive Officer. His management
acumen and leadership skills have been gleamed from both the
government/military and the private sector. Mr. Gordon’s expertise
includes executive and P&L management, outsourcing, organizational
theory and restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning,
real estate and supply chain management. Selected accomplishments include:
successful turnaround of three separate business units, 65 percent
success rate in responding to RFP/RFQs, corporate champion for
outsourcing, successful startup of 10 plus 3PL facilities and/or
contracts, development of vendor managed inventory (VMI) programs, and a
proved track record of increasing clients profit margins from 20 to 70
percent. He has led organizations with up to 5,000 employees, directed
entities not only in the US, but also in Europe and Saudi Arabia. Mr.
Gordon has a BS in Business and a MS in Public Administration.
Randy
Weygandt has over 15 years of senior level management experience in
supply chain operations in leadership positions in contract, public, and
private warehousing, transportation and distribution networks. He has
directed stand alone distribution centers up to and including 750,000
SF; he has led multi-facility, third-party networks and business units
with full P&L responsibilities. Mr. Weygandt has achieved success in
all facets of supply chain management with specific emphasis in process
re-engineering, inventory planning and replenishment, warehouse
operations streamlining, site rationalization, quality improvement
procedures and transportation management. He is a skilled strategist,
adept at interpreting industry trends, targeting opportunities,
implementing cost-effective systems / procedures and turning around
operations for long-term profitability. His expertise also includes
implementation of Tactical Process Control – a proprietary process
mapping model - he developed in 2001.
Harold L. Sutton III has over 30 years of
senior executive level leadership and management experience in positions
ranging for Chief Operating Officer to Chief Executive Officer. His
management acumen and skills have been enhanced in different
environments ranging from government/military and the private sector.
Mr. Sutton’s expertise includes executive and operational management of
all financial and administrative operations of organization ranging in
size from 50 to 5,000 employees. Additionally, Mr. Sutton has directed
technology development, design, application, installation and
implementation for systems up to 250 nodes. In the area of strategic
planning, he has prepared and implemented annual business and long range
plans for organizations of 2500 personnel. He has participated as a
member of a select NATO group reviewing requirements for the needs of
the U. S. Army in Europe for the year 2000 and beyond. Hal has a BBA in
Risk Management/Insurance form the University of Georgia and a MBA in
Management from Golden Gate University.
Gregory A. Marchbanks has over 20 years in
the logistics industry and has been providing supply chain solutions to
Fortune 500 companies in the areas of specialty logistics services
including warehousing, distribution, transportation, freight management
and value added services. He has served in positions ranging from
Director to Account Manager to Vice President. His extensive knowledge
of the logistics industry and experience encompasses both domestic and
international supply chain networks. With nearly four years of
international logistics experience, Mr. Marchbanks sold and managed
logistics services throughout North America, Asia, the Middle East and
Europe. Mr. Marchbanks has also led domestic sales and marketing
entities at both the strategic and tactical level. He has extensive
experience creating and implementing strategies for new market
penetration, spearheading growth and optimization of mature markets, and
new service introductions. Selected accomplishments include; the design
and development of a new distribution network for a major consumer
electronics company and establishment of new market sectors for a major
third party logistics provider. Mr. Marchbanks is credited with the
development of a major logistics return center in North America for the
world’s largest distributor of computers and computer peripherals. Mr.
Marchbanks earned his BBA from Boise State University.
